Care:
It is good to wash your grounding sheets as it will not be harmed by washing. As a matter of fact, washing your sheets keeps it fresh and rids of all body sweats and nasties that may linger on your sheets from excessive usage!
Make sure to wash in a washing machine in warm water and in the case of using a tumble drier, to keep it on low gentle heat.
However, please keep in mind that bleaches or oils can damage the silver threads which assist in the grounding potential of your sheets, so we'd refrain from using those.

If your house has a standard AU outlet, simply connect one end of the cable to the Grounding Sheet and the other end to the grounding port of your outlet. The grounding port is completely non-electrical, therefore it's entirely safe to use.
If you plan to use your Grounding Sheet outside the AU, we'll include an outlet adapter specific to your country with your order.

I have been pleasantly surprised with the benefits of sleeping on GroundingWell's bedsheet. The first thing I noticed was I wasn't waking frequently through the night to visit the bathroom - I sleep through the night, getting up once at the most.

I have given the bedsheet 4 rather than 5 stars only because I wish it were longer.
